Definitions:
a. “The Editor” is Beccy Jennings dba as Beccy Jennings.
b. "The Client" would be person(s) involved in the process of requesting modifications to an image by The Editor.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
All contracts and transactions between The Editor and The Client whether made orally or in writing are subject to these terms and conditions which shall be deemed to be incorporated into any contract between The Editor and The Client.
Website:
The content and images used on this website are the property of and copyright by Beccy Jennings. Certain images may be utilized on other websites under the control of The Editor. No images or content may be copied, duplicated or otherwise taken from the website without express written permission from Beccy Jennings and/or the creator of the content.
Payment Terms:
a. Payments made by The Client for all services provided by The Editor must be made as agreed.
b. The Editor reserves the right to set prices for services before accepting an assignment if the labor involved exceeds normal thresholds for the set rates.
c. Refunds are available for payments processed to The Editor.
Services:
Permission to Modify:
The Client guarantees permission and authorization to modify each photo they transmit to The Editor.
Booking:
a. The Editor may assign a date or time for services if not immediately available.
Conduct:
The Editor reserves the right to terminate any assignment without notice if they deem necessary.
Delivery of Products and Services:
The supply of products and services are provided by The Editor on a best endeavors basis. The Editor will not be liable for delays that are beyond their reasonable control. The Editor shall use reasonable endeavors to meet agreed deadlines where applicable. The Editor shall not be liable for any delays in meeting any of their obligations which were due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to; postage/courier delays, war/acts of terrorism, riots, government legislation, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, floods, fire, loss or damage in transit etc.

b. The Editor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Copyright:
In accordance with the United States Copyright Laws, the copyright of images modified by The Editor is owned by the Editor. The Editor retains all copyright benefit for images modified by The Editor until otherwise mutually decided upon. The license to reproduce, print, disperse or further modify these images is granted to The Client forever.
The Editor reserves a usage right to images created during projects for marketing, promotional, competition and editorial purposes unless and until such usage right is withdrawn by The Client in writing before, during or after the completion of the assignment.
The above conditions and terms constitute the full conditions and terms of any work agreement made between you, The Client, and The Editor. By initiating services with The Editor, you agree to these terms, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Editor, their agents and the heirs or assigns.
